Position SummarySupport the implementation and strengthening of business controlling and reporting tools operated in the Mobile Experience division (Smartphone, Tablet, Pc Notebook and Wearable) ; improving budget planning processes through punctual reporting of sales & marketing activities and achievement progresses by channel, clients and sales accounts; supervise the status against the targets.
Role and ResponsibilitiesCooperate to plan, manage and monitor monthly and yearly marketing budget plan Provide reporting and analysis of marketing investment and performance;Execute all marketing budget operations according to HQ and local guidelines;Ensure all projects, plans and EO are created and approved;Perform continuous variance analysis on key business metrics (Sales, marketing investments, by Channel, Account and product)Prepare dashboard for planning and budgeting discussion and submission;in collaboration with Product, Communication, Trade Marketing, Sales Teams;Supporting the team by supervising internal procedures;Skills and QualificationsEducational Background:
University Degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Management Engineering
Computer Knowledge:
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Language Knowledge:
Good written and spoken English.
Relational and proactive skills, analytical mind-set and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
