Looking for
French, Italian or Spanish speaking Customer Service advisor with
nursing or medical experience to join a global insurance company
based in Dublin.

This is a hybrid role that offers excellent benefits and an attractive shift allowance
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients in global locations with medical assistance needs.
  • Preauthorization of inpatient treatment.
  • Case management of very complex high value cases.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers/clients and providers.
  • Review medical claims

Experience/Requirements

  • Nursing/medical qualification and experience
  • Fluent
    French, Italian or Spanish and English:
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Salary:
€40,000.00 per year
