Posizione:


Given the last year's growth, current traction and ambition, this role is crucial to shape the future of the company and the ecosystem.


We have been able to establish a first level of our Partner ecosystem, with major Tech, Telco, consulting and System Integration companies that right off the first year were able to be very effective in our growth.


The mission for you is to grow this ecosystem to the next level.


In this role, you're going to be a strategic advisor to our Partners and to the whole AWMS organization as well, coordinating Sales, Marketing and Delivery to enable the Go-to-market and penetration of our existing and new Partnership, but also with Product team to shape and develop our integration Roadmap with our major Strategic Partner.

You will be working with Partners' sales force and their management. You will also take lead of some

components of the Sales Process itself when necessary.


Your
responsibilities will be:


  • Lead and enable existing Partner to be successful in bringing AWMS to Market, advising them on opportunities management and strategy, both on solution and commercial level;
  • Coordinate Sales and Partners to maximize effectiveness and efficiency in Opportunity management, ensuring Value creation in a context of complex Sales cycle, with Clevel executives;
  • Monitor Sales Process progress and effectiveness for key Opportunities and Accounts, together with Partners' sales force and AWMS Sales;
  • Engage Partners' sales force with relevant content and insight to enable and increase opportunity generation;
  • Conduct and manage Business Reviews with the Partners to monitor and improve processes and strategy;
  • Reporting on Partnerships KPIs and draw hypothesis to test and keep improving;
  • Execute and develop AWMS Partner Strategy on a short, mid and longterm.
In this role you'll be the key of success for the Partner ecosystem in a two people task force. You'll directly supported by the Head of Sales taking lead of Sales activity of some accounts when necessary.

You will also have the chance to choose whether to continue your growth path:
more Sales or more Partnerships.


Requisiti:


Business or Engineering background:
ideally Economics/Management academic background or management engineering. Philosophy, Statistics or other backgrounds can be considered in case of significant professional experience;

Sales/Strategy/Business development/Consulting experience:
we're looking at at least 12 months experience in a high-paced startup, major tech or consulting company;

Business curiosity:
this role requires to handle a wide array of complexity, mixing together our Partners business models and AWMS strategy, Customer business models and Needs, complex sales cycle and System Integration;

Executive Communication:
act as a Trusted advisor to effectively communicate to C-level and their teams;

Active listening and Sales:
Knowledge of common Sales Processes and ability to conduct effectively uncover needs, goals and risk in a given scenario, whether you are coordinating a Partner or working with a prospect customer;

Growth mindset:
Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment;

Tolerance of uncertainty:

you won't start from scratch and you will inherit proven processes, but you'll also be facing new challenges with no blue print on how to proceed.

You'll get all the support you might need, but you must be able to shine under rapidly changing and uncertain condition.
