About The Role


The
Regional Service Manager -
EU will coordinate the installation, service, and maintenance activities of TAE Life Sciences (TLS) in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) regions.

This role will also be the single point operational leader of the region for activities involving vendor management & procurement, service operations oversight & management, and coordination of various interactions with TLS partners and collaborators.


  • Solve complex customer service issues and manage escalations.
  • Prepare and manage service operational plan within budget.
  • Conduct customer training and technical seminars.
  • Hire and manage an EUbased field service organization.
  • Contribute to building EU service & installation infrastructure and operations.
  • Coordinate service documentation.
  • Other duties assigned by leadership

About You

  • 5+ years direct experience and demonstrated success working across the EU and UK regions.
  • Extensive experience installing, maintaining, and servicing High Voltage Accelerators including high voltage power supplies, high vacuum systems, power distribution and control systems.
  • Proficiency in English speaking and written language.
  • Customerfocused knowledge of service operations.
  • Strong technical skills with aptitude to quickly understand complex systems and technical concepts.
  • Proven decisionmaking skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Strong, organized, and purposeful leadership with ability to manage a team with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a challenging, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding analytical and troubleshooting skills. Able to resolve conflict and drive issues to resolution.
  • Quality mindset with a strong discipline of adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent cross functional communication skills with internal teams and with customers.
  • Requires International Travel Requirements: Up to 90%
  • Travel includes Italy, Belgium, and Netherlands.

Education

  • B.S in engineering, physics, or related discipline with 5+ years direct experience in field service and/or service operations management.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
