You will be a key contributor to technology volume ramp-up in ST.
Your role will be part of the Manufacturing group inside the Process Engineering team.
The focus of the group will be to ensure a smooth transition between the R&D
activities and the mass-production fab and to maintain high product quality, defining
process flows and recipes, ensuring equipment performances, understanding and
exploiting the interactions between different process steps.
Main roles
To manage WET & Dry Etch Process Engineering, Maintenance, Production and Technology Module Organization.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure Process & Equipment Robustness and Stability
• PM Management and Equipment Variability Program (i.e. OEE improvement vs. Targets)

Production Manufacturing Team:
manage objectives related to day by day activities with special focus on: Manufacturing Efficiency improvement programs, Wafer Fab Yield targets, Zero Excursion, focused on committed delivery

• Quality and Service towards internal/external customers
• To promote and sustain Lean approach and methodologies
• To promote strong synergy among all Module Teams

ProfileQualifications
Senior profiles will be evaluated, with the following background and

characteristics:

• PhD or Master in scientific fields
• Experience in semiconductor 's company +15 years
• Curiosity, initiative, problem solving attitude and root cause identification
• Experience in Silicon, SiC processes and flow knowledge
• Excellent soft skills such as leadership, negotiation and communication
• Strong attitude to work in team, to motivate people and to facilitate communication and negotiation processes
• Experience in Process Audit management
• Attitude to collaborate with a cross-functional, cross-cultural and multi-disciplined team
