    *Melià Hotels International *s looking for a Commis de Rang to join our F&B Department. We are looking for a passionate candidate who has good interpersonal and organizational skills and believes to have the propensity for relationships with customers.


    Main Responsabilities:

    • Assure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience
    • Be certain that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately
    • Serve food and beverage according to guest's needs & expectations
    • Make sure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans
    • Have clear and accurate communication with all team members
    • Be familiar with the emergency procedures and be in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur
    • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
    *What are we looking for?

    • Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.
    • Friendly, outgoing, and positive.
    • Enjoy being part of a team.
    • Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category.
    • A genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality.
