Tasks & responsibilities

Providing realtime support to end users
Responding to, researching, diagnosing, and resolving problems immediately, escalating more complex problems to senior level support
Diagnosing problem source and coordinating with internal organization or with vendors to resolve problems
Development and testing of changes ensuring validity, accuracy and reliability of solutions
Working with crossfunctional teams
Providing oncall support
Maintaining records and writing reports

Profile

High School Diploma/Bachelor First experience in working with Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Business Central
Knowledge of Enterprise ERP packages such as Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Business Central
Very good English and Italian skills, German is an advantage
Results oriented, proactive, good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving skills and solution oriented
