The Online Flagship Stores Division's main aim is to help brand partners anticipate customer needs and create a seamless luxury retail experience.

Its advanced omnichannel model - NEXT ERA - blurs the lines between online shopping, mobility and the boutique, providing unprecedented visibility and access to products across the world, transforming the shopping journey for customers, wherever they are and however they choose to shop.

In 2019 YOOX NET-A-PORTER officially opened its new state-of-the-art Innovation Space in Milan to support the Online Flagship Stores mono-brand offer, exploring the shopping experience of the future by combining mobile, visual recognition, augmented reality and customized technologies.

The Online Flagship Division are now seeking a talented Junior Product Planner to join the team.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

Managing day by day activities in order to upload orders and budgets and ensure the proper complete digital work flow;
Supporting the commercial team in coordination and management of technical activities;
Supporting the F&A team in invoicing and authorizing budgets and orders;
Being in charge of properties and deadline to be shared with the Operations area.

The type of person we are looking for:

University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
Ability to effectively communicate with other colleagues from the Core Business and from Technology
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
Language skills: Advanced English is mandatory
Proactive attitude and work ethics _
