We are looking for a brillant and motivated Product and Studio Coordinator to provide support with various administrative duties.
- the central link btw design, external development, management and sales

Coordinates all collection deadlines and studio tasks

creates and supervises the seasonal calendar from the handover of the range plan through to submission of selling samples and -Anticipates the necessary arrangements according to the Studio calendar;
(- constant follow up of the development progress, tracking the sample collection, monitoring deadline and status.

Guarantees the collection briefing, drawn up on sales analysis shared with the collection merchandiser, guaranteeing the relative price ranges in the various product categories.

.manages the general timing of a company, monitoring the qualitative aspect of the brand in compliance with the collection budget, both in terms of number of garments and management costs.

Monitors the development costs of the samples, in compliance with the assigned budget.
Shares with the production manager the negotiation of the development costs of the production of the samples.
Qualitatively assesses the choice of the most suitable producers in terms of capacity and quality, to ensure the best yield of the final product.
Interfaces, Importante Azienda the production phase, with the qualitative technicians and with the pattern makers department tooptimize the production planning phases.

.supports design in fitting and intervenes on the technical defect of both sample and production garments.
- supports design to select and define the materials needed for the collection by assigning the fabrics based on the price ranges of the finished garment for each product category (including accessories).

Follows the finished garment treatments, preventing critical issues (costs, procurement times and minimum purchase times) by sharing information with the purchasing and production manager.

- participation in pre-show activities.

Provide administrative support to the design studio
General studio management support to ensure a smooth efficient and effective running of the studio to facilitate collection launches.

(- support to our design studio, assisting with related projects (including fittings and scheduling models) and shows.)
