Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Operations & Sales Specialist for our store in Reggello - The Mall.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and serve the customer, providing an excellent instore experience at all times, trying to perceive his/her needs and expectations, providing all necessary information about the product, current trends, storytelling etc.
  • Play an active role in making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly
  • Under the guide of the store manager, be in charge of all stock activities: inventory, organization, control, audits etc.
  • Execute excellence shipping to final clients
  • Properly shipping, receiving product and supplies, process and distribute invoices on time
  • Report any issues to Manager and take necessary steps to resolve
  • Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, accordingly to the company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones
  • Excellent attitude for Teamwork and Team spirit

  • Passionate for the client experience with an indepth knowledge of the stock work flow and the ability to envision a memorable client experience while enabling the team to be successful
  • Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration through relationships developed throughout the Jil Sander team
  • Dedication and resilience to finding solutions and timely movement of merchandise
  • Proactively provide the best possible experience to the Jil Sander customer contributing to establish Jil Sander as a truly customer centric brand

Requirements:


  • Good handling of numbers
  • Backoffice skills and inventory/stock management
  • Previous experience as Stock keeper or Client Advisor (at least 1/2 years)
  • Flexibility and availability to work during weekends
  • Languages: proficiency in Italian and English
  • High attention to details, ability to work in organized manner, flexibility, Team Spirit
  • Proactivity, enthusiasm, Problem solving are the main characteristics required and excellent commercial awareness

Nice to have:


  • Good knowledge of RBO, DRT e Power BI
