Position Summary:

In thi role you will define and manage the loading plan towards Nestlé affiliates.

The objective is to assure stock availability for receiving countries, managing the stock level of the factory internal and external warehouse to avoid production stoppages.

The focus will be on extra EU deliveries, involving export document preparation and relationship with customs and veterinary.

You will be assigned also to transports and logistics strategic projects to pursue continuous improvement in warehousing activities for the Automated Warehouse and in the 3rd party External Warehouses management

A day in the life of a Logistics and Transport Specialist:

Define the weekly loading plan according with the production plan and receiver requirements, collaborating with Planning and Quality teams.
Tackle total delivery costs, focusing on Vehicle Capacity Utilization and demurrage costs.
Preparation of export documentation.
Address and collaborate with key external stakeholders to guide the export process, including customs and veterinaries.
Manage transport and warehousing projects, leading improvement activities related to the Factory Automated Warehouse and External Warehouses.
Implement and review logistics reporting tools.

What will make you successful:

Degree in Engineering or Economics
At least 6 months previous working experience in Logistics/Supply Planning/Supply Chain
Fluent in Italian and English
Very good Excel knowledge
Analytics and attention to details
Resilience, determination and proactivity
Strong communication skills
Open to relocation on a national or international level
