Deltatre is on the lookout for a
Product Writer with excellent communication skills and the proven ability to create great content experiences for our customers.

VIDEO.

VIDEO is a leading OTT and Digital products and services provider delivering best-of-breed software and components as well as comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

You will have a key role within the Product Writing team.

You'll focus on developing a deep understanding of our market-leading products and services and producing content for the product knowledge bases, such as feature articles and release notes.

  • Sure.

In your average day, you will:
_

  • Translate complex information into simple, engaging content that meets customer needs.
  • Research, plan, write, and edit new and existing documentation in collaboration with business stakeholders, designers, and engineers.
  • Identify and anticipate questions, problems, and needs that the content should address.
  • Identify audiences for content through journey mapping, analysis, and analytics.
  • Manage the software tools used to populate and display our knowledge bases (Zendesk).
  • Evaluate current documentation and content, and work towards continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, designers, and engineers to ensure documentation is comprehensive and accurate.
  • Attend squad agile ceremonies.

Other responsibilities:

  • Audit product documentation to improve crossproduct copy alignment.
  • Create monthly and quarterly knowledge base analytic reports, and act upon findings.
  • Evangelise product help centres with wider stakeholders.

Requisiti:


  • What sort of experience do I need?_
  • A talented writer with the ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Someone with 3 years' experience in a similar software industry role, writing professional customerfacing product documentation for a broad audience.
  • A user advocate, thinking deeply about customer needs, whether they are new or advanced users.
  • You're ideal for this role if you:_
  • Can demonstrate success in delivering great content experiences for software products of various sizes and levels of complexity.
  • Are passionate about content being integral to the user experience and ultimate success of a product.
  • Can translate complex information into clear, concise, everyday language that customers can understand.
  • Have a high attention to detail, both spelling and grammatical.
  • Enjoy collaborating closely with designers, engineers, marketing, and business stakeholders daily in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Have experience gathering stakeholder requirements and prioritising these across multiple deliverables.
  • Have experience planning and creating visuals, GIFs, and diagrams that facilitate understanding.
  • Have some knowledge of HTML and CSS.
