    Chief Revenue Officer Role

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving consistent value in revenue-generating and customer-engagement activities, managing the Sales and Marketing departments, and reporting to the CEO.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing, implementing, and overseeing sales, marketing, and customer success strategies and campaigns;
    • Cooperating with other departments to connect strategy with overall company goals and objectives;
    • Leading and mentoring the Sales and Marketing department;
    • Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team using data analytics and metrics;

    Requirements

    • At least 10 years in Sales, including 5 years as a Chief Revenue Officer or similar role with a proven track record of success;
    • High proficiency in English;
    • Experience with CRM tools;
    • Previous experience in scaling a SaaS to 40M ca;
    • In-depth understanding of KPIs such as ROAS, onboarded-customers volume, and ARR vs Sales Marketing spend;

    Added Values

    • Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments;
    • Proficiency in Italian;

    Location

    This position is based in Turin, Italy, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be expected to work on-site at our headquarters for 2 days per week, with the remaining days fulfilled remotely.
