Job Summary

A CAD Technician position is available at RWA, Inc.

This role involves further developing professional consulting and design capabilities with an increased emphasis on direct client contact and service, management, and interdisciplinary technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in a CAD related technical role and proficiency in 2D CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson for Surveyors.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts for projects and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between other project participants, including field crew, surveyors, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Confer with supervisor to determine project details such as plan preparation, Review field notes for thoroughness, accuracy and completeness.
