    Production Supervisor Manager

    We are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join our Operations Headquarter team in Agordo.

    As Production Supervisor Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring excellent quality standards and driving efficiency.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Management of efficiency and OEE KPIs
    • Production programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions to guarantee required levels
    • Management of quality KPIs
    • Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism
    • Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials
    • Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
    • Contribution to the definition of the surface treatment's area budget
    • Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references
    • Knowledge of operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk

    Requirements:

    • Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering
    • At least 2 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager or similar roles
    • Knowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processes
    • Project Management and Lean Production
    • Knowledge of the productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unit
    • IT & numerical Skills
    • Fluent in English
    • Reporting
    • Capable to work on several tasks simultaneously
    • Strong People Management skills
    • Flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
    • Loves challenges and takes responsibility seriously
