Melt Groupis looking for aSenior Finance Manager / Responsabile finanziario Seniorfor aleading industrial companywith 3 different plants in Italy.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in economics/finance and has at leastfive years of experience in a industrial finance manager role.

The position would be based in theirMilano'soffice.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall Finance, Treasury, Planning and Controlling, FP&A, Operations, Legal, HR, IT for the Italian Legal Entity;Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.

Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

Leading a team of 2 people.
Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.
Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.
Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in economics/finance+5 years' experience in finance management in the industrial sector.
Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of an organisation, including senior management and executive level.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislationAnalytical skillsAttention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
