Descrizione
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Prepare specific food items, such as pastries, chocolates, cakes etc.;
- Always follow the directions provided by the Pastry Chef;
- Collaborate with the rest of the Kitchen and restaurant team in order to ensure highquality food and service;
- Take care of commis de partie and trainees.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in the position within a highend restaurant or 5*hotels;
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
