The controlling team is primarily responsible for all management reporting, budgeting & forecasting, and financial analysis. Controlling is executed both centrally at Group level and locally at Business Unit (BU) level.
We are looking for a
Global Controller who will:
- Support the global Controlling function focusing on critical financial and operations performance metrics on Electrodes Technology (ET) and Energy Transition (ETr) Division, being a focal point of local ET Controllers;
- Prepare financial reporting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis (Actuals, Rolling forecasts, Forecasts, Budget and Business plan) and related financial analysis and KPI's needed to manage the business;
- Perform variation analysis of actual/forecast results vs Budget/Forecast/Previous year and analyze coherence of historical trends coordinating with local AFC department;
- Identify areas of Risks & Opportunities to be highlighted to management;
- Be involved in Inventory control and Central Procurement planning purchase strategy;
- Be a business partner to Energy Transition taskforce keeping track of business updated and providing financial support;
- Analyze CAPEX at quarterly/annual basis;
- Promptly support any ad hoc reporting, analysis and departments special projects.
Education and professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance or equivalent;
- At least
5 years of Controlling experience, with focus in Business unit/multi plants controlling. - Strong analytical capabilities and structured mindset;
- Demonstrated ability to rollup sleeves and work with team members;
- Absolutely
Fluent English; - Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Experience on
SAP FI_CO and
SAP BW; - Availability to travel;
- Good communication skills and result orientation;
- Knowledge of Think cell is a plus.
