- Owning the recruitment process for your assigned business lines, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting rigorous assessments and interviews through to closing offers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
- Attracting top talent: Networking with industry professionals, attending career fairs, developing innovative sourcing and outreach strategies, and building robust candidate pipelines.
- Contributing to the design and rollout of initiatives aimed at promoting an exceptional hiring experience for all stakeholders involved.
- Proactively supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in the implementation of the employer branding strategy through a variety of online and offline communication channels.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service, becoming their go-to TA adviser.
- Championing diversity and inclusion: Working collaboratively to attract diverse talent and foster a welcoming, inclusive recruitment process.
- Leveraging data and analytics: Tracking recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous process efficiency.
- Staying ahead of the curve: Staying updated on industry trends and proactively mapping talent across the industry.
- Bachelor's degree educated with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role within an international working environment.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a preference for a focus on early careers (experience in engineering will be highly regarded).
- Familiarity with processing candidates through Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred, along with the ability to contribute to bi-weekly TA meetings by providing data metrics.

What is your role?
For our largest Value Center Motion Technologies, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our Talent Management team in Barge (CN). Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture, with responsibility for the Talent Acquisition area for Motion Technologies and ITT.
