What you will do

Digital Technology is accompanying the Aftersales department throughout a significant transformation, anticipating and translating their business requirements into evolved and innovative solutions for processes and systems.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Collecting and analyzing Business Requirements.
Supporting users in formalizing requirements, in addressing solutions and in designing the processes from DT point of view.
Managing and leading specific task or stream within a project, by collecting requirements, identifying phases and elements, monitoring task/stream progress of each activity
Supporting users in project activities as well as in testing new functionalities and enhancements.
Interacting with other areas of DT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.
Interacting with 3rd parties/suppliers, validating the proposed solutions and monitoring the activities planning, costs associated and the due dates.

What you need to succeed

Requirements and competences

Must have:

Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology
Sound professional experience in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; preferably in sectors with high industrial complexity and with advanced and articulated information technology environment

- _ Proven experience about integration among ERP and B2B portals, CRM._

English business knowledge, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

Knowledge of SAP module SD, MM, PP and main pillars for integration with FI-CO (the latter is a nice to have)

Soft Skills:

Good project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies
Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests
Creative and analytical thinker with good problemsolving skills
Willing to travel frequently both domestic and international
Ease at establishing interpersonal relationship and communication skills
Selfstarting attitude
Comfortable working in small and large teams
