    QA/QC Engineer Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract in Milan. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our data centre projects.

    About the Role:

    • Conduct reviews and witness system testing, inspect system installations, and compile system test packs and handover dossiers.
    • Identify areas for improvement in QA/QC procedures.
    • Ensure installations comply with clients' quality plans, standards, specifications, designs, procedures, and expectations.
    • Work closely with teams in other disciplines and communicate effectively with subcontractors.
    • Develop system and equipment testing packs using Project Quality Management Software.
    • Collaborate with site construction teams throughout the installation process.
    • Perform regular site quality audits.
    • Participate in quality meetings with management and subcontractors and provide quality reports.
    • Implement company quality control systems.
    • Involve in documentation and reporting.
    • Evaluate detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering background – Degree level preferred.
    • Experience in large scale construction projects – Data Centre or similar.
    • Previous experience in a similar quality role would be advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Experience with Quality Management Software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
