  • Your Tasks

    We are looking for an IT Coordinator / Service Manager on customer site, with the following responsiblities:

  • Coordinate the operations of Digital Technology services in Italy.
  • Transversally contribute to supported units with the strategy of development for Service Desk and Onsite Services, working with the Global Service Desk and Global Onsite Leads, regional digital Tech teams, and Customer-Facing Digital Technology to agree the optimal roadmap for Tech.
  • Collaborate in obtaining the highest levels of user experience and satisfaction for all Technology services delivered to their perimeter, including new service introductions.
  • Support the overall strategy for Service Desk and Onsite Support services across all units, working with various global and regional teams to optimize the Tech roadmap.
  • Focus on ensuring end-user support operations are performing in line with contractual SLAs.
  • Support the delivery of additional services such as Mobile and Fixed Telephony, Telecom Expense Management, Printing, Foundation services (e.g.: LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Data center, etc.).
  • Work with other Digital Technology units and/or vendors to offer in-catalog services with high quality and controlled costs.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to automate, consolidate or rationalize service delivery in the perimeter in agreement with service owners and Digital Market Leaders.
  • Negotiate and improve service delivery with external partners.
  • Ensure that in-scope local services follow the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and approved OLAs/SLAs.
  • Maintain the health and compliance of overall operations using standardized tools and processes.
  • Serve as the Technology on-site point of contact and escalation contact for users' incidents and service requests for the business and other Digital Technology units.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Support to purchasing process related with Digital Tech equipment.
  • Support end-user awareness/training sessions on Digital Tech topics.

    Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility for permanent)
