Job summary
Siamo una pmi innovativa prop-tech del settore turismo-hospitality, nonché il primo player italiano del settore per numero di immobili contrattualizzati.
Responsibilities
- contattare gli ospiti tramite e-mail e telefono in prossimità del loro arrivo nei Welcome points o negli appartamenti
- supportare la pianificazione giornaliera degli arrivi e delle partenze
- supportare l'attività di check-in, promuovendo i nostri servizi e presentando la città di Milano
- utilizzare il software di gestione per l'inserimento dei dati dell'ospite
