Attualmente in Italia Air Liquide si compone di tre Business Line:

Large Industries: sviluppa i mercati correlati alla produzione e vendita di gas dell'aria in grandi quantità e assicura la distribuzione, mediante specifici sistemi di fornitura (tubazioni), ai grandi clienti industriali.
Industrial Merchant: sviluppa la produzione e la vendita dei gas liquidi e condizionati, gestisce la produzione on site e i servizi per la clientela industriale.
Elettronica: sviluppa il mercato relativo ai gas ad altissima purezza per l'industria dei semiconduttori.

Attraverso tecnologie e servizi innovativi, Air Liquide Italia propone soluzioni ad alto valore aggiunto che migliorano sia le performance industriali che l'impatto ambientale.

**Descrizione ruolo e principali attività

The SIOC (Smart Innovating Operation Center) is a key pillar of WBL LI's transformation, articulated around 4 themes: prediction, performance, optimisation and driving.

Its goal is to improve the performance of our operations for our customers with:
more safety, more reliability, more agility and more competitiveness.

By integrating digital facilitators and decision accelerators, helping teams to evolve and providing them with new skills (big data analysts, real time pilots,...), the SIO takes the operational excellence of AIR LIQUIDE Large Industries to a higher level.

Within the SWE Smart Innovative Operation Center (SIOC), as a HYCO Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing remote units, performing predictive analysis of key equipment, proposing performance improvements, while seeking to achieve the "Best Economical Point".

You will support the production preparation and energy strategy to meet the customer's demand. You propose, in phase with the sites, optimisations in the control system to improve operational performance.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

improving operational performance:

Develop new concepts and propose improvements in the operational performance of the plants.

Propose changes in control (including functional analysis).

Carry out, in coordination with the sites, modifications to the control system.

Monitoring and maintenance of tools:

Participates, together with other analysts, in the development of tools to assist the ROCC and LEAD decision making process.

Monitors the use of performance tools.

Identify data anomalies.

Repair and rebuild models.

**Profilo e competenze

You have an engineering background or equivalent experience in HYCO (or ASU) processes.

Strong process control / automation skills

Experience in plant start-up in an automated environment

Ability to manage modifications and adjustments to DCS control loops

Programming expertise, preferably in YOKOGAWA (but other skills may also be considered)

Experience with DCS views and other automation, such as alarm management, process safety, trip abatement.

You are rigorous and tenacious. You are able to question and challenge practices.

Your interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. They must enable you to lead a network, work in a team, and evolve with ease in contact with different environments and interlocutors.
