Dainese is looking for an Apparel Sourcing Manager.

The candidate will join the Operations Department and will manage the sourcing and purchasing of finished goods in line with the company budget.

Scouting new suppliers and materials based on market trends and facilitating resourcing activities in Asian countries.
Constantly monitoring suppliers to ensure high service levels and timely deliveries in accordance with Production Planning schedules.
Preparing periodic reports for management analysis.
Forecasting, planning, and accurately assessing needs.
Ensuring consistency and data quality within the ERP system.
Possess strong planning, organizational, financial, budgeting, and decision‑making skills.
Are skilled in stress management.
Show strong commercial awareness.
Have good PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office and modern ERP systems.
Have knowledge of apparel materials such as fabrics, accessories, and printing techniques.
Availability to travel abroad in Asia is required
