Job Description:


  • As one of the people leads (Team Managers) in an ETAS solution field/product group for solutions in the field of Cybersecurity, you will take over the disciplinary leadership of the employees.
  • In close cooperation with the Global departments in Germany, UK and Canada (Product Fields), you ensure that the needs, competencies and technological knowhow of the employees and the organization are balanced.
  • You stimulate the creativity of employees and motivate them to help shape new things and find their way in a changing world of work.
  • With active and target grouporiented communication, you support all parties involved in conflict resolution and give qualitative feedback for even better cooperation.
  • You search for and attract new employees and help them to find a smooth entry into the ETAS world.

Qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of Computer Science, Embedded SW Engineering or similar;
  • You have several years of professional experience within agile teams in software development, ideally in the automotive and embedded environment;
  • It gives you pleasure to accompany people in their careers, to support them as a mentor or coach with words and deeds, and to strengthen a common team spirit;
  • You have experience in disciplinary leadership in a technically oriented environment and software development and know agile workflows.
  • Strong social skills, empathy, and communication skills in English distinguish you. German is a nice to have;
  • You work independently, are goaloriented and structured, and have a high sense of quality and responsibility;
