- Gestione del processo di offerta: Responsabile della correttezza tecnica e commerciale dell'offerta, garantendo che il profitto lordo (MOL) sia tutelato rispetto ai rischi di progetto e assicurando la rintracciabilità delle validazioni tecniche.
- Analisi della RFQ e coordinamento interno: Assicura che il prospetto riassuntivo sia completato e aggiornato, collabora con il team commerciale e identifica i requisiti nei capitolati di fornitura.
- Preparazione dell'offerta: Collabora con l'Ufficio Tecnico per definire il contenuto tecnico delle proposte, interfacciandosi con il team operativo di commessa per stimare tempi e costi.
- Valutazione economica e rischio: Elabora i costi di commessa, verifica la marginalità minima e prepara la matrice dei rischi principali.
- Processo decisionale e validazione: Ottiene l'approvazione del proposal management e assicura la rintracciabilità delle validazioni tecniche, finanziarie, legali, acquisti, qualità e pianificazione.
- Supporto contrattuale e acquisti: Verifica il contratto e lo commenta dal punto di vista legale, interfacciandosi con gli acquisti per la stima dei costi.
- Budget e trasferimento a PM: Collabora con l'Industrial Cost Controller per l'inserimento del budget a sistema e raccoglie gli spunti di miglioramento a chiusura di commessa.
- Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica, Energetica, Meccanica, Gestionale o equivalenti;
- Expertise in ruolo analogo che può arrivare fino ai 15 anni;
- Comprovata esperienza con impianti custom-made, conoscenza del settore Oil & Gas ed esperienza in gare pubbliche e private (nice to have).

Nell'ottica di rafforzare il proprio team, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di PROPOSAL ENGINEER che sarà inserita nella BU Oil & Gas e che risponderà direttamente al Responsabile di area del Proposal.

Location: Arcugnano (VI)
Viene richiesta una mobilità di circa 5gg/mese per incontri con fornitori o clienti, principalmente per business estero (85%). È previsto smart working per 1 giorno a settimana, estendibile a 2 per chi vive oltre i 50 km dalla sede, e con flessibilità d'orario in ingresso e in uscita.
Pacchetto retributivo: assunzione a tempo indeterminato con CCNL Metalmeccanico con 14 mensilità (inclusivo di premio di produzione), RAL commisurata all'esperienza, premio di risultato e MBO annuale, buoni pasto, welfare e vari altri benefit aziendali. Tools aziendali: pc e smartphone
