Can do provide support as well as resolution for level 2 and level 3 troubleshooting.
ResponsibilitiesPerforming zoning, e.g., creation of Alias Zones and its management.
Firmware upgradation and troubleshooting on Brocade and Cisco SAN switches.
Aggregate Volume setup and provisioning tasks such as thin provisioning, enabling compression, deduplication, snapshot retention, snap, clone, etc.
Depth experience in Net App NAS/SAN (ESERIES ONTAP) monitoring using On Command Unified Manager and System Manager.
Log file analysis and related troubleshooting tasks.
Should be able to perform performance-related troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical issues/tickets.

Storage Fabric OS firmware upgrade and troubleshooting of software configuration issues (shelf, disk, CF, etc.).QualificationsStrong experience with storage area networks (SAN) including Brocade and Cisco switches.

Extensive experience with Net App ONTAP, On Command Unified Manager, and System Manager.
Experience with firmware upgrade processes and diagnostics.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and handle critical incidents.
Knowledge of provisioning, deduplication, compression, and cloning technologies.
