WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Valentino SpA is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Colleague Development & Engagement Department, based in Rome, and will support the team in the following activities:
Organize training classes taking care of participants invitations, room set-up, handouts and training material preparation
Monitor and organize mandatory training courses for new joiners to the company, in relation to the HR, HSE and Travel Risk Managerment departments
Manage the online booking system (SAP Success Factors ) for training sessions by scheduling classes, monitoring subscriptions and sending outlook confirmation to the enrolled employees
Monitor the status of training through Excel reports
Support the Corporate Learning and Development Manager in activities releted to the planning of training and development courses at the Accademia Valentino

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or humanistic disciplines
Proficient use of Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word
Precision, commitment, sense of responsibility
