We are looking for an IT Workplace Service Manager based in MILAN.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work to understand the company model of business vs. IT and how programs can be successful offered
Manage the assigned team, coordinates with other teams and suppliers to guarantee the quality of the service
Support the implementation of ITIL best practices and interact with all the various stakeholders involved in the process
Attend the Service Reviews with vendors and suppliers to maintain the activities plan, coordinate the changes, review the service performances, monitoring of service levels (SLA)
Work with other IT managers to define the sourcing and management strategies
Stimulate continuous service improvement
Support the adoption of ITSM tool with Valentino third parties support
Ensure the Asset Management process for the assigned area


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent experience in a related field
10+ years of Workplace Service Management experience and managing global services or projects
Proven strong experience in managing team members with hierarchical and functional reporting
ITIL Foundation certification
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of the main ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, SLA Management, Asset Management
Deep understanding and proven experience to manage workplace technologies, both Microsoft Windows/Office, Apple Mac devices, Android and IOS devices
Ability to deliver in a fast paced and evolving environment, having high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, problem solving, pragmatism and leadership
Exceptional service focus and bias for action
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent in English
Strong and proven customer centricity approach
Manage people and resources effectively to achieve tangible value
Communicate goals, priorities and vision, and recognise achievements
