    Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience


    We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring efficient financial activities, and providing optimal customer service. This role will work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, adhering to company policies.

    • Cultivate effective communication with clients to address concerns and provide solutions.

    • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to promptly address customer-related matters, enhancing overall satisfaction.

    • Monitor overdue accounts, implement recovery plans, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

    • Evaluate customer credit limits and assess sales orders that exceed these limits for release approval or denial purposes based on corresponding risk factors considered carefully under expert supervision oversight if deemed fit necessary further more details please refer main job description so can best judge at first glance via default value isn't wrong however since asked do it right anyway here goes.Review customer credit performance, propose improvements to credit management processes.
