- Responsibility of managing and running all the finance activities for the EU companies of the given perimeter
- Main duties and responsibility (same are done for all entities other only for some specific one):
- Direction and management for the accounting and finance team, provide monthly closure and official financials in according the laws, relations with auditors and fiscal consultant.
- Managing of all other duties vs head quarter regarding the IC and all other needs.
- Activity of "internal audit" concerning internal compliance
- Relationships with banks, negotiations loans, credit lines and conditions
- Sales and financial budget
- Sales statistics for the headquarters and sales team
- Reports for quarterly meetings
- Prepare targets and actual values for KRA
- Stock controlling (values, rotation and quality)
- Standard cost calculations and analysis vs actual
- Standard cost calculation for price list
- Personal management of different suppliers (E-energy and Gas)
- Relationship with several suppliers, cars, training, recruitment, government associations and various others
- Insurances negotiations
- Administration management of all HR matters. Relationship with consultant company.
- Preparation of contracts.
- Check about the salaries cost.
- Check the procedures concerning cost expenditures.

- Relations with board auditors
- Prepare Board of Directors meetings
- Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
- Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit
- Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
- International finance experience
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations
- Professional certification (ex: Certified Public Accountant)
- Fluent English and Italian is a Must, other European language is an asset
- A big asset is you have experience in the Food and Beverage Industry
