    Would you like to be a key part of the main Italian Fintech Innovation platform, developing new projects and opportunities together with big corporations, and with an Open innovation approach?

    Fintech District is an innovation platform part of Fabrick Spa, orchestrating a network made by more than 300 fintech companies, several corporate partners and various kinds of different organizations, that connects the most relevant national and international stakeholders in a single ecosystem to enable open innovation and collaboration opportunities arise.

    We have relationships with fintech companies, financial and public institutions, investors, professionals, corporates, adopting a collaborative approach aimed at supporting dialogue and encouraging co-creation within the community, orchestrating the dynamics which come out when several actors engage in value creation collaborating with others.

    We are looking for a rock star Partnerships & Projects Manager to become part of the team on a full time basis, which will be required to be the point of reference in managing relationships with our corporate stakeholders and exploit the dialogue with them to find open innovation projects opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Keep the relationships with Partners interacting with Fintech District (in particular Corporates, Professionals and Investors), from participating in strategy-focused meeting to driving conversation on industry dynamics and possible initiatives to be launched by the single Partner with a Fintech District role
    • Work closely with all Fintech District cross-functional team, to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
    • Manage relationships and activities for optimal return on investment, and participate to cross-project initiatives
    • Be accountable for delivering activities against established business goals/objectives
    • Provide reports for managers and stakeholders
    • Establish relationships with Investors (VCs, family offices etc.) interested in exploring possible investment activities within Fintech District and interact with them in order to streamline the possible dealflow generation

    Required skills and qualifications

    • At least 3 years of experience in management consulting or banking institutions in program/project management activities related with financial services and new technologies (i.e. digital payments, blockchain)
    • Well developed skills in relationships, leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
    • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders at the same time
    • Working knowledge of financial services and fintech-related topics (i.e. digital payments, open banking, blockchain and cypto, MiCA, PSD2 and the upcoming PSD3 and PSR)
    • Familiar with startups investments and VCs terminology (i.e. pre-money and post-money valuation, cap table, seed stage, unicorn)
    • Fluent in business English and able to participate in meetings and projects with foreign stakeholders communicating fluently on the specific topics of the project and giving independent opinions and feedbacks
