Per il nostro stabilimento di Telgate, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Assistant Facility Coordinator responsabili delle seguenti attività:
Supporto al Facility Coordinator per l'organizzazione delle attività di area facility e HSE
Revisione ed archiviazione di documentazione tecnica
Interfaccia con i fornitori per la gestione dei contratti e della relativa documentazione
Interfaccia con i servizi generali del magazzino (elettricista, idraulico, igiene, security, strutturale e ambientale) e verifica del servizio
Verifica e monitoraggio della ricambistica aziendale con utilizzo del software dedicato
Requisiti:
Valutiamo candidature con almeno un anno di esperienza.
E' importante il possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Capacità di lavorare in team
Doti analitiche
Precisione e accuratezza
Utilizzo di Excel, Word e Power Point
Dimestichezza con gli strumenti IA
Percorso di studi in materie tecnico/scientifiche
Conoscenza dell'inglese a livello intermedio
