    Posizione
    Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nel team Accounting, che possa seguire le attività relative alla contabilità passiva.
    La Persona Si Occuperà Principalmente Di

    • Curare e gestire i rapporti con i fornitori con riferimento agli aspetti legati alla fatturazione passiva;
    • Corretta imputazione dei codici IVA e verifica della documentazione fiscale;
    • Gestione delle ritenute d'acconto per professionisti;
    • Preparazione e gestione dei pagamenti fornitori;
    • Predisposizione e invio modelli F24 e F23;
    • Disposizione bonifici bancari e gestione operativa della tesoreria ordinaria;
    • Supporto agli adempimenti amministrativi periodici e alle chiusure mensili;
    • Archiviazione e controllo documentale contabile
    Requisiti
    La persona che cerchiamo:
    • E' appartenente alle Categorie Protette - Legge 68⁄99 - Art.1;
    • Diploma di Ragioneria o ha una laurea in discipline economiche;
    • Ha un' esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in contabilità fornitori/amministrazione;
    • Ha una buona conoscenza della normativa IVA e delle ritenute d'acconto;
    • Ha una buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolar modo di Excel;
    • E' precisa; organizzata e rispetta le scadenze;
    • Ha una attitudine al lavoro in team.
    La sede di lavoro è Brescia ed è prevista la modalità in smart-working (due volte alla settimana), dopo un primo periodo di formazione.
