Four Corners, business line of Aegis, specialized in recruiting high profile professionals on behalf of an important Luxury Firm is looking for a:

HR Learning and Development Specialist
We're looking for a hands-on person, who can easily work both on very operative activities and more strategic ones.

Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or inhouse);
Select appropriate training methods or activities;
Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions;
Conduct organizationwide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed;
Use known education principles and stay uptodate on new training methods and techniques;
Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials;
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs;
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training;
Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding any kind of training;
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records;
Manage and maintain inhouse training facilities and equipment;
Research and recommend new training methods/technologies.

Requirements:

Strong social skills (empathy, effective communication, relationship building, active listening, etc.);
Proven work experience as a Training Specialist, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role;
Handson experience coordinating multiple training and development events in a corporate setting;
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation;
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools;
Proven ability to complete full training and development cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate);
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques;
Experience with elearning platforms;
MS Office proficiency;
BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field (Psichology can be a plus, even better if accompanied by registration in the professional register);
Fluency in English.
