Senior Marketing Specialist – Industrial & Pharma Process Equipment

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on digital communication and graphic design, ideally with experience in industrial manufacturing environments and/or pharmaceutical process equipment.

The ideal candidate is able to translate technical and engineering-driven content into clear, structured, value-oriented communication, supporting marketing, sales, and technical-commercial storytelling. The role leverages modern digital tools and AI-driven applications to optimize content quality, performance, and time-to-market.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Production teams, as well as external partners, ensuring consistent brand communication across the Group and its operating companies. The position reports to the Group Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the definition and execution of the digital communication and editorial plan (websites, landing pages, newsletters, social media), with a strong focus on LinkedIn
• Manage and continuously improve brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice across business units
• Analyze communication and content trends in industrial, technology, and pharmaceutical markets
• Coordinate content production, primarily internal, and when needed creative agencies, freelancers, and graphic suppliers
• Develop and oversee B2B brand communication in industrial environments
• Design and produce graphic and digital assets (brochures, product sheets, presentations, infographics, web assets) supporting the company's Value Proposition
• Translate technical, engineering, and process-related content into clear and effective messaging in collaboration with the Engineering Department
• Support communication for custom industrial projects, process solutions, and application case studies
• Collaborate with Sales to develop technical-commercial materials supporting quotation and bidding processes
• Support communication activities for international trade shows and industry events
• Monitor digital performance metrics, providing insights and continuous improvement actions

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Graphic Design, or related fields
• Strong experience with digital tools and the use of AI technologies for content creation and optimization
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communication, ideally within industrial, engineering, or process-equipment environments
• Proven experience managing digital communication channels and professional social media
• Ability to work with complex, technical, and structured content
• Strong knowledge of visual communication principles and UX/UI fundamentals
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong team-oriented mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Experience in process equipment, engineering, industrial automation, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Ability to create videos, technical animations, or motion graphics
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools
• Familiarity with analytics platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems
• Experience managing international trade fairs (Achema, CPhI, Interphex, Ipack-Ima)
