- Regulate and manage documentation and communications;
- File archiving, ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary updated documentation;
- Copy, scan, and storage documents;
- Checking accuracy and modifying document files, such as delivery letters and contracts;
- Review and update technical documents (manuals and workflows);
- Preparation of ad hoc reports on projects as needed.
- Management of engineering degree or technical diploma;
- Preferred qualification: previous experience in technical roles;
- At least 1 years' experience in the same role;
- Fluent knowledge of the English language.
