Concept S.r.l., training and employment company of AHK Italien (Accreditation through the Italian Agency for Work ANPAL Nr. 57/2020), on behalf of a client, is looking for a
Production Manager (M/F/d).

Our client is a reliable partner for electromechanical components since 1968. Originally founded as a trading company, the production of connectors was added in 2000. The company is having its focus on military customers for cable assemblies and custom specific connector solutions' field.

From the early 2000 they are focusing on creating new projects and orders, making them one of the leading companies in its field.

The next challenge is the Italian market, and it is going to be a success one.

To achieve their set objectives and to introduce their presence on the Italian market, the company is currently looking to hire a
Production Manager (M/F/d),
to be inserted in the north of Italy (flexible location), as a key role in the company management and in constant, direct interaction with the owners in Germany.

Posizione:

You will be in charge of facilitating
access to the Italian market, including through market feasibility studies identifying the winning strategy, plannig investments in order to increase profitability
You will overview the costs and profit for calculating prices, quote and delivery times and you will negotiate them with the Italian costumers
You might assist clients and team members to handle very small piece parts and sales reps
You will read and understand technical specifications and drawings as well as support the develop in the prototypes' production, their qualification up to the serial parts and production details
You will support the production, according the internal and custom specific quality requirements (quality management: how to control the quality and how to implement test steps for examples)
You will assist, support, train, motivate, recruit and retain customers and team members

Requisiti:

You have understanding for technical processes, preferable educate in assembly staff: electromechanical university degree or understand technical specifications, drawings and customers inquiries as well as economic knowledge

You must understand quality standards like ISO9001, EN9100 and ESA specifications
You are patient and assertive, preferable with experience in personnel management
You are motivated and able to work independently
You have an analytical and extroverted approach on the same time in order to support all team members

- **English speaking is an important requirement
