    Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an energetic and highly flexible Personal Waiter/Waitress (All-Rounder) to join a dynamic private family residing in a prestigious 500 sqm apartment in the sought-after Isola district of Milan. The family consists of two adults and two teenage children and maintains an active social lifestyle, frequently hosting guests for both lunch and dinner (up to 12 persons). They are seeking a professional with a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into an established household team, including a house manager and two housekeeper cooks. Isola is one of Milan's most vibrant and fashionable areas, known for its contemporary architecture, refined dining scene, and excellent connectivity, offering a stimulating and elegant working environment.

    Working as a Personal Waiter/Waitress within a private household requires discretion, impeccable presentation, and the ability to anticipate the principals' needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for refined table service during lunch and dinner, including silver service (or willingness to undertake training to master it). The role also includes light housekeeping support in dining and living areas, maintaining tableware inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation after each service. Occasional driving duties are required, including grocery and personal shopping, garment deliveries to the tailor or dry cleaners, and school drop-offs and pick-ups. A driving licence is essential; the professional may use their own vehicle or a family-provided automatic vehicle. There is also the opportunity to accompany the family for approximately two to three weeks during the summer season to their villa in Tuscany.

    This is a live-out position located in central Milan, with excellent public transport links, making it easily accessible for commuting professionals.

    Main duties of the Full-Time Waiter/Waitress (All-Rounder):


    • Providing professional lunch and dinner service to the family and guests (up to 12 persons).
    • Executing silver service.
    • Setting, cleaning, and maintaining the dining table to impeccable standards.
    • Washing dishes, glassware, and cutlery following each service.
    • Managing tableware inventory and ensuring presentation standards are upheld.
    • Vacuuming and maintaining cleanliness of dining and living areas.
    • Coordinating effectively with the house manager and housekeeper cooks.
    • Conducting grocery and personal shopping tasks.
    • Delivering garments to tailors and dry cleaners.
    • Providing school transport and other driving duties as required.
    • Demonstrating flexibility regarding working days and seasonal travel to Tuscany.
    • Maintaining a polished appearance and professional communication at all times.

    Requirements for this Full-Time Waiter/Waitress (All-Rounder) job:

     

    • Three or more years of private housekeeper experience
    • Two excellent checkable references
    • Conversational Italian and English
    • EU working permit
    • Driving licence
