Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.


The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).


Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.


Position:


We're seeking a Key Client Ticketing Coordinator to oversee ticket sales and allocation services for a wide range of stakeholders, including Marketing Partners, National Olympic Committees, broadcasters, federations, and governmental entities.

As the Key Client Ticketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Servicing all Stakeholders: Providing ticket sales and allocation-related services to a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring personalized and tailored terms according to IOC obligations and MC26's strategy.
  • Rollout of

Ticketing Programs:

Implementing individual ticketing programs for different stakeholder groups, aligning with specified obligations and methodologies, and tailored to MC26's strategic objectives.


  • Supporting Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with the Key Client Ticketing team to effectively engage with over 300 stakeholders crucial for the success of MC26 Games, ensuring their satisfaction and participation.

Requirements:


Essential:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management.
  • Strong business management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent teambased orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas.
  • Exceptional organization and flexibility in work approach.
  • Diplomacy, strong ethics, and the ability to maintain firmness when necessary.
  • Respectful adherence to processes and deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Basic understanding of ticketing and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently with frequent updates to the reporting line.
