Global Enterprise Systems Manager:

Datalogic Group is looking for a Global Enterprise Application ICT Manager joining the Global Demand Management and ICT Applications team inside the Information and Communications Technology Department.
This position will be based in Datalogic HQ in Lippo di Calderara (BO).

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary contact for discussions about SAP technology and innovations and serve as an escalation point person for technical issues, service requests and incidents;
Understanding of the business, goals, and challenges to suggest technical solutions & services;
Identification of top issues, definition and execution of service plan activities and orchestrate implementation of technical action items across SAP landscapes;
Overseeing the incident management process, monitoring SLA, priority and urgency;
Installation of new releases, patches, printers, changes;
Establishment and maintenance of the elements for the users access and profiles authorization;
Periodical review of SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability involving external and internal partner as required;
Maintenance and updating of technical documents and procedures;
Management of the ongoing delivery of critical incidents working with internal IT analysts and enhancement of the knowledge transfer to the Support Competence Center;
Organization and management of the Support Competence Center to support internal users.

Requirements:

Educational: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Informatics;
Languages: Italian, English fluent
Experience: 5 years of experience on SAP Basis preferably in manufacturing environments
Other skills:
Excellent knowledge of SAP ECC platform and preferable expertise in S4/Hana expertise;
ITIL Standard;
Manage system change, advise package solution, configuration and testing;
Design and support to implement System Backup;
Perform System Performance Tuning;
Manage and perform Job Planning & Scheduling; performance/capacity;
Ability to involve the development team in the use of innovative technologies, dissemination of knowledge, motivation;
Analysis and problem solving skills, accompanied by autonomy, flexibility, resourcefulness and teamworking, if you have a digital mindset and a strong orientation towards innovation.
