- Process Improvement Engineer - Internship
- Support production in resolving issues related to packaging materials, utilizing measuring instruments.
- Identify improvement prospects, offer technical support, monitor performance, and analyze deviations.
- Establish and maintain a performance control system (KPIs), lead kaizen groups, and oversee action plans.
- Plan and execute activities focused on developing new processes, exploring current and emerging technologies, evaluating process cost and quality, and optimizing processes using experiments and problem-solving tools.
- Define productivity initiatives, prepare feasibility reports, and assess profitability.
- Engage in engineering endeavors to develop and implement top-notch processes and design guidelines.
- Implement equipment, materials, and process requirements to ensure efficient production.
- Conduct experiments, process studies, and analyze systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Create process documentation and training materials.
- Master's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Preferred familiarity with Lean manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Lean/SixSigma/5S methodology is advantageous.
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated expertise in MSOffice.
