A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Proposal Specialist inthe service field, you will be trained on the management of customizer offers regardingexisting high voltage equipment and substations.

You will be able to representSiemens Energy in front of the customer during any phase of the offerpreparation process and to provide technical support to our sales organization

This experience will allowyou to increase your technical knowledge thanks to a team of senior and experienced professionals,you will have also the opportunity to develop long term relationships with relevantcustomers in the energy market.

How You'll Make an Impact

Supportsales activities during the offer phase for opportunities involving highvoltage equipment.
AnalyzeTender documentation (technical and contractual) to identify relevant opportunities
Develop offersfrom a technical and commercial standpoint within the Transmission Service BusinessUnit
Identifythe most appropriate technical solutions and perform detailed price calculationusing specific tools.
Check documentationwhen orders are received
Use ourAccess Tool to run offers across different stages
Collaboratewith colleagues from the operations department to management of maintenancecontacts

What You Bring

Recent highschool Technical Diploma (i.e. Perito Elettrotecnico/elettrico)
At least6 months in a relevant internship experience as a technician
Excellentknowledge of Italian as well as English
Familiaritywith Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of AUTOCAD
Availabilityfor business trip in Italy according to the project needs
Dynamicand flexible; looking for a professional growth in service proposal specialist
Strongteammate used to work in a multicultural environment
Capableto work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
Strongcustomer orientation in solving technical issues and proposing new solutions
