WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In a logic of continuous improvement and for new incoming projects within Rheinmetall Group, we are looking for a Project Manager for Central Industrial Engineering (CIE) department in Lanciano (CH)

Key responsability:

Support during the offer presentation to define technical objectives, timing and costs of project development.
Define with customers the technical contents and related schedules.
Plan with customers product specifications and check of its implementation and evolution through prototypes construction and their testing.
Guarantee, in accordance with the product plan, growth and development of assigned projects.
Control the costs evolution of the product that is going to be developed.
Improve the communication between CIE and different plants (logic customersupplier)WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Skills

A good experience of minimum 5 years in the same role in mechatronics companies is a must.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical design
Computer skills: MS-Office, MS-Projects, 2D CAD
Excellent english
The knowledge of a second foreign language (German) is a plus.
Good relational skills with different business functions and within international teams.
Excellent organization and comunication skills
Reliability, flexibility, precision.
Timing respect
Team player.
Availability for national and international business trips
