ICT Web Applications Specialist:


  • Datalogic Group is looking for a Digital Solutions Specialist joining the Digital Solutions Team, working on both internal and external processes inside the Information and Communications Technology Department.
  • This position will be based in Datalogic HQ in Lippo di Calderara (BO).

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • The Digital Solutions Team works worldwide across the entire company to bring innovation in corporate and business processes, making the digitalization possible through concrete and valuable solutions.
  • The position will therefore interact with the Digital Solutions Team and with all the company departments and suppliers involved in the making of digital projects.
  • Reporting to the Digital Innovation Manager, the position will be involved in:
  • Life cycle management of digital solutions: collect the requirements, understand and analyze the context, find possible solutions, define the project brief, activate the development, implement and deliver the solution, support the go live and the adoption
  • Definition of the corporate innovation strategy by supporting the creation of products, services and processes with a focus on the customer experience
  • Promotion of idea generation practices and promoting new methodologies and approaches
  • Definition of the company's digital transformation plan in line with the strategic plan and the group's values
  • Dissemination within the company of the culture of innovation and evangelization regarding new technologies, trends and methodologies
  • Ensure efficiency within all operational and support areas of the company through the redesign of support processes and/or tools.

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Italian
  • Experiences: 2/5 years having a role in digital projects inside dynamic and innovative contexts (startups, digital divisions of companies, consulting companies, software houses)
