Whether it is S/4, BTP, SAC or any other cloud solution, our experts assist Italian companies and multinationals to adopt new organisational models that help them grow.

Working closely with CIOs and senior management, they analyse the strategic requirements and design top-tier solutions to advance from a traditional operating model to an Industry 4.0 environment.

Our team has received the
SAP Gold Quality Award for business transformation in recognition of its digital transformation, 3D visualisation, paperless processes and data and analytics expertise.

We are setting up a service desk staffed with SAP specialists at our Naples office for our Italian clients.

You will be joining a new team based in
Naples dedicated to providing SAP assistance to our clients in Italy.

Specifically, your tasks may include:
- helping to make our clients' business processes more efficient;
- identifying the client's expectations to find the best solution in line with the expected service levels;
- configuring
SAP modules;
- managing and monitoring the lifecycle of customer reports;
- interacting with users to help them solve problems;
- maintaining the internal knowledge base to capitalise on the solution adopted.

2 to 6 years of experience working in a company or for a consulting company providing SAP assistance;

- consolidated expertise in the one or more
SAP modules;
- a technical commercial high school diploma or a degree in engineering management, business, computer engineering or similar;
- a good knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
- availability to travel domestically and abroad if necessary.
