The Salesforce Lead Consultant works on client projects that involve primarily Core Platform Clouds (Sales, Service, Community) and systems integrations.

He/she is knowledgeable about other Salesforce Cloud and can lead multi-cloud engagements. He/she is knowledgeable about other Salesforce Cloud and can lead multi-cloud engagements.

He/she can analyze, define and design CRM business processes related the business requirements or project's vision. He/she can also set up and configure the CRM solution to fit the customer business requirement.

Job Description:


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Leading consultative engagements with clients on the business processes analysis and digital transformation related to their needs
  • Transform business requirement into functional specifications and user stories ready for development, including quality assurance expectations
  • Managing workflow and project goals, setting, and reinforcing each project roadmap, handling priorities and project sprints
  • Act as a solution advocate and trusted advisor for all stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and working with associated team members
  • Leading client requirement workshops, based on best practice business analysis methodologies
  • Leading crossteam, multicloud engagements beyond platform (e.g. ecommerce, marketing or others)
  • Be able to support on commercial proposals / pitches if required;
  • Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design
  • Lead some aspect of the practice's internal activities, supporting the practice manager's initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master degree or above in IT, Engineering, Business Administration / Economics or others 5+ years IT experience
  • Experience with product positioning, leveraging feature to benefit analysis
  • Understanding of business processes and methodologies, including indepth knowledge of two business sectors
  • Proven trackrecord of successful leading business analysis of minimum 200 mandays / team of 3
  • Experience leading customer facing discussions, at department Clevel
  • Business development mindset
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking & business acumen
  • Team spirit being able to work within regional and international level teams
  • Role Model in her/his acting and performance
  • Fluent English, written and spoken;
  • Open for travelling

Core Competencies:

  • 4 Salesforce certifications, including Administrator & two consultant certifications Certified project management methodologies is a plus (SCRUM, Prince 2) Ability to interact with customers (from all spectrum) to ensure that the service is polite, efficient and responsive Able to translate IT language to a broader (less IT) public Lead document functional and nonfunctional requirements as user stories, complying with business analysis best practices Lead analysis, map and document business processes across multiple project streams, and multiple team competencies Capacity in configuring Core Salesforce Platform Clouds (Sales, Service, Community), for tasks not requiring custom development
