Arcese is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist for our FTL Business Unit in Rovereto


YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:
Supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring the effective use of tools and resources Generating regular and ad-hoc sales reports for the sales team and management Supporting to set up measurable sales target (KPIs) and monitor and evaluate the achievement per quarter Overseeing the usage and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Collaborating with FTL Pricing, Central Sales Back Office, FTL Sales teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities Analysing customer feedback and collaborate with the FTL sales team to address issues and improve customer experience and satisfaction Coaching and training the sales force on company's processes and tools Managing the business review (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) as pipeline, opportunity and revenue's growth vs target


WHO YOU ARE:
You are very analytical and you want to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment You have a bachelor's degree in economics, business, or a related field You have a Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Sales Operations Analyst or similar role, working in the freight sector is a plus You are an expert using Office tools (eg.
