The Talent Development Specialist will support the design and implementation of talent programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results.

As a matter of fact, he/she will primarily focus on enhancing core talent programs such as talent reviews, career paths, career rotations, people investment planning, promotions, and organisational design.

Responsibilities Actively contribute to the creation, implementation, and management of Talent Development plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and create a culture of coaching development.

Partner with internal stakeholders to define and establish a long-term talent strategy that include:

determining talent gaps, building career paths and developing long term career plans.

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and managers to effectively implement a career pathing strategy thataligns with existing professional development efforts.

Work with both managers and employees to lay out employees' potential trajectory through the organisation and discuss their goals and specific areas of growth with them.

Identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of talent development initiatives. Work on additional projects across HR as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, or Psychology is highly preferred. At least 5 years of related experience in talent development/talent management. Experience in managing talent development processes in Digital companies. Experience supporting organisations with a high degree of complexity. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and managing activities to meet multiple competing deadlines. A proficiency level of English. Knowledge of any other language is a strong plus. Comfortable working in an environment in which business processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving. Committed to creating & searching for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance. Resourceful in overcoming roadblocks that hinder processes. A high degree of organisational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities. Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated. Passionate about people.
